Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from India
Airport → JeddahAssembly at airport 4 hours before departure. Group orientation and introduction by tour leader. Complete check-in formalities. Board direct flight to Jeddah. In-flight: Ihram wearing guidance, Umrah step-by-step dua booklet distributed, meals served on board.
Day 2: Arrival in Jeddah & Umrah Performance
Jeddah → MakkahArrive at Jeddah King Abdulaziz International Airport. Immigration and luggage collection. Board AC coach to Makkah (approx 1.5 hrs). Check-in to 4-star hotel with Haram view rooms (500m from Masjid al-Haram). Rest and freshen up. Evening: Proceed to Haram. Perform Umrah — Tawaf (7 rounds of Kaaba with duas), Sa'i between Safa and Marwa (7 laps). Drink Zamzam water at Mataf area. Men: Halq/Taqseer, Women: trim hair. Return to hotel for dinner.
Day 3: Makkah — First Full Day at Haram
MakkahFajr prayer at Masjid al-Haram (wake-up call 45 mins before Fajr). After breakfast, morning Quran class with group scholar in hotel conference room. Nafl Tawaf after Zuhr prayer. Personal ibadah time — make duas at Multazam (wall between Hajr-e-Aswad and door of Kaaba). Asr and Maghrib at Haram. Evening: Islamic lecture on the history and significance of Kaaba, Maqam Ibrahim, and Hajr-e-Aswad. Isha prayer at Haram.
Day 4: Makkah — Ziyarat Tour (Part 1)
Makkah outskirtsFajr at Haram. After breakfast, board AC bus for guided ziyarat. Visit Jabal al-Noor — trek to Cave of Hira where first Quranic revelation (Surah Al-Alaq) descended upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Scholar narrates the event in detail. Visit Jabal Thawr — Cave of Thawr where Prophet (PBUH) and Abu Bakr (RA) hid during Hijrah, spider web and dove nest miracle. Visit Masjid al-Khayf in Mina valley. Return to hotel for Zuhr. Afternoon: Personal time. Maghrib and Isha at Haram.
Day 5: Makkah — Ziyarat Tour (Part 2)
Makkah / Arafat / MinaFajr at Haram. After breakfast, AC bus ziyarat tour continues. Visit Arafat plains — see where 2+ million Hajjis stand on 9th Dhul Hijjah. Visit Masjid Nimrah (where Hajj Khutba is delivered). Drive through Muzdalifah — open plains where pilgrims collect pebbles. Visit Jamarat bridge complex — where Rami (stoning) is performed. Brief stop at Taneem Miqat (Masjid Aisha). Visit Jannat ul-Mualla cemetery — graves of Khadijah (RA), Abu Talib, and other Sahabah. Return for Maghrib at Haram.
Day 6: Makkah — Ibadah & Quran Study
MakkahFull day dedicated to worship. Tahajjud prayer at Haram (last third of night). Fajr at Haram. Morning Quran study circle with scholar — Tafseer session on Surah Al-Baqarah verses about Hajj and Kaaba. Multiple Nafl Tawaf rounds throughout the day. Extended dua session at Hateem (Hijr Ismail — originally part of Kaaba built by Ibrahim AS). All 5 prayers at Haram. Evening: Group dhikr and Salawat session in hotel. Personal reflection time.
Day 7: Makkah — Free Day, Shopping & Optional Umrah
MakkahFree day for personal activities and shopping. Optional: Perform second Umrah from Taneem — taxi to Masjid Aisha (15 mins), enter Ihram, return for Tawaf and Sa'i. Shopping options: Abraj Al-Bait Clock Tower Mall (luxury brands, dates, perfumes), local Ajyad souks (Oud, attar, Tasbih, prayer mats, abayas), Bin Dawood supermarket (dry fruits, chocolates, Zamzam containers). Evening: Final Nafl Tawaf at Haram. Pack non-essentials for Madinah transfer tomorrow.
Day 8: Transfer to Madinah
Makkah → MadinahFajr at Haram. Perform Tawaf al-Wida (Farewell Tawaf) — emotional farewell to Kaaba. Breakfast and check-out. Board luxury AC Volvo for Madinah (approx 5 hours via Haramain Highway). Lunch stop en route at rest area — packed lunch provided. Zuhr prayer at roadside mosque. Arrive Madinah al-Munawwarah. Check-in to 4-star hotel (200m from Masjid Nabawi, Gate 5 access). Rest and freshen up. Evening: First visit to Masjid Nabawi — the Prophet's Mosque. Pray Maghrib and Isha. Send Salaam at Bab-e-Jibrael. Return for dinner.
Day 9: Madinah — Masjid Nabawi & Riyad ul Jannah
MadinahFajr prayer at Masjid Nabawi (special — praying here equals reward of 1000 prayers elsewhere). Full day at the Prophet's Mosque. Visit Riyad ul Jannah (Garden of Paradise — area between Prophet's pulpit and his house) — dedicated group time slot arranged by leader. Send Salaam at Rauza-e-Rasool (grille facing the graves of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, Abu Bakr RA, and Umar RA). Visit Bab-e-Jibrael — where Jibrael AS used to visit the Prophet. Quran recitation in the old section of mosque. All 5 prayers in congregation at Masjid Nabawi. Evening: Group hadith study session about virtues of Madinah.
Day 10: Madinah — Ziyarat Tour (Part 1)
MadinahFajr at Masjid Nabawi. After breakfast, guided ziyarat tour by AC bus. Visit Masjid Quba — first mosque in Islam; praying 2 rakaat here equals the reward of one Umrah. Visit Masjid Qiblatain — where the Qibla direction was changed from Baitul Maqdis to Kaaba mid-prayer. Visit Bir Uthman (Well of Uthman RA) and hear the story of how he purchased it for Muslims. Date gardens tour — taste 15+ varieties including premium Ajwa (Prophet's recommended date). Afternoon: Visit Mount Uhud — site of the Battle of Uhud. Visit Shuhada cemetery — graves of 70 martyrs including Hamza ibn Abdul Muttalib (RA), the Prophet's uncle. Scholar narrates the complete battle. Return for Maghrib at Masjid Nabawi.
Day 11: Madinah — Ziyarat Tour (Part 2)
MadinahFajr at Masjid Nabawi. Morning ziyarat continues. Visit Masjid Sab'a (Seven Mosques) — site of Battle of Khandaq (Trench), scholar explains the military strategy. Visit Jannat ul-Baqi cemetery — largest cemetery in Islamic history, graves of Uthman RA, wives of Prophet, Imam Malik, Hassan ibn Ali, Ibrahim (Prophet's son), and thousands of Sahabah. Recite Fatiha and make dua. Visit Masjid Ghamama — where Prophet (PBUH) led Eid prayer. Visit Masjid al-Jumu'ah — where first Friday prayer was held during Hijrah. Afternoon: Visit Madinah Islamic Museum. Evening: Group session on "Life in Madinah During Prophet's Time" by scholar.
Day 12: Madinah — Spiritual Retreat & Deep Ibadah
MadinahFull day of intensive worship at Masjid Nabawi. Wake for Tahajjud (last third of night) — prayer at the Prophet's Mosque. Fajr in congregation. Morning: Quran recitation in the Riyad ul Jannah area — absorb the barakah of this blessed garden. Attend Islamic lecture by local Madinah scholar on purification of the heart. Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib prayers in front rows. After Asr: Personal reflection time, write down life goals and duas. After Isha: Group Salawat upon the Prophet session — recite Durood Shareef collectively. One of the most spiritually powerful days of the trip.
Day 13: Madinah — Free Day & Shopping
MadinahFree day for personal activities, shopping, and worship. Shopping at Madinah date market — buy premium Ajwa (₹3000-5000/kg), Safawi, Mabroom, Sukkari dates. Gold souk for jewelry. Islamic bookstores for Arabic calligraphy, Quran with translations. Buy Bakhoor (Arabic incense), Oud oil, Attar (non-alcoholic perfumes), prayer carpets, Tasbeeh beads, Zamzam water containers. Evening: rooftop area of Masjid Nabawi for Maghrib — stunning view of the Green Dome illuminated at night. Final evening prayers at the mosque.
Day 14: Madinah — Farewell Salaam & Packing
MadinahLast Fajr at Masjid Nabawi — pray with deep gratitude and emotion. Final visit to Rauza-e-Rasool for farewell Salaam upon the Prophet (PBUH). Spend morning at mosque for last Nafl prayers and Quran recitation. Return to hotel for any remaining shopping. Zamzam water filling and packing (5L per person, sealed by hotel staff). Group farewell gathering with collective dua — pray for acceptance of Umrah, for families, for the Ummah. Exchange contacts and plan reunions. Pack all luggage. Early dinner and rest.
Day 15: Return to India
Madinah → IndiaEarly morning transfer to Madinah Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport. Complete immigration and check-in. Board return flight to India. Arrive home with blessed memories, Zamzam water, gifts for loved ones, and a purified heart InshaAllah. Zamzam water distributed at airport arrival. Group WhatsApp community maintained for future trips, Islamic reminders, and alumni reunions. Alhamdulillah — Umrah Maqbool!
