- ✓Umrah Packages: Browse packages, view itineraries, and book through CRM
- ✓Hajj Packages: Browse packages, view details, and book through CRM
- ✓Visa Services: Application form, document upload, status tracking
- ✓Booking Status: Real-time updates on bookings, visa, and payments
- ✓Notifications: Push and WhatsApp updates
3. Booking & Payment
- •All bookings and payments are processed through our CRM partner website (Ali World Tourism)
- •UmrahManager displays booking information and status synced from the CRM
- •Payment terms and disputes are governed by the CRM partner's policies
- •Users are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information
4. User Responsibilities
By using UmrahManager, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and booking
- •Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- •Use the app only for lawful purposes
- •Respect Islamic principles and values
- •Not use the app for harassment, fraud, or illegal activities

5. Visa & Travel Documents
- •Users are responsible for ensuring their visa applications are accurate and complete
- •UmrahManager provides a platform for document upload; final processing is done by CRM partner
- •Visa approval is subject to government regulations and immigration laws
- •UmrahManager does not guarantee visa approval
- •Users are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents and permissions

All content on UmrahManager (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of UmrahManager
or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit
any content without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UmrahManager SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
